  1. In 2023, Suzano hired 5,027 new employees, including 1,646 women, 2,694 Black people, 132 LGBTQIAPN+ members, and 167 PwD. 
  2. In 2024, Suzano filled 7,620 positions, with 2,390 women, 4,238 Black people, 208 LGBTQIAPN+ members, and 274 PwD. 
  3. In 2025, Suzano filled 6,013 positions, of which 1,609 were women, 3,430 Black people, 110 LGBTQIAPN+ members, and 214 PwD.
