During the reporting period, serious incidents (level 4 and above) were recorded across various risks, including manual harvesting, front maintenance, road maintenance, timber transportation, light vehicles, energy source blockage, machinery and equipment, and cargo handling.

Additional information
The frequency rate for lost time corresponds to the Lost-Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR), whereas the accident rate relates to the Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate (TRIFR). The formulas used to calculate these rates follow the established standards.
- Cumulative frequency rate: the accident frequency rate (CAF - Accidents without lost time + SAF - Accidents with lost time) should be the result of the following formula:
FA = N x 1,000,000/H
FA = Result of division, frequency rate
N = number of accidents
H = worker hours or risk exposure - Frequency rate with lost time: the accident frequency rate [CAF (accidents without lost time)] should be the result of the following formula:
FA = NL x 1,000,000/H
FA = outcome of division, frequency rate
NL = number of lost-time accidents
H = worker hours or exposure to risk - Severity Rate: the severity rate should be the result of the following formula:
G = T x 1,000,000/H
G = Result of division, severity rate
